The local unit’s process automation team boasts around 40 specialists covering finance automation, healthcare sector solutions and document digitisation and information extraction, head of process automation Irene Direnko-Smith told Reseller News.

However, when done correctly, DE&I can diversify talent, skills and innovation in the ever-changing local IT channel landscape. Fabric Brand Partners and GTIA - Global Technology Industry Association's Warwick Grey; Crayon Channel APAC (formerly rhipe) Rhonda Robati; Imagetext - Business IT Specialists Edwina Mistry; Both Brains Jenni Powell share their views on the importance of DE&I. While DE&I strategists and experts Dharshi Harindra, Darshana Parekh provide a view of what exactly is DE&I.
