Winton released its full-year results today for the period ending 30 June 2024 (FY24) with revenue of $173.6 million, EBITDA of $29.5 million and profit after tax of $15.7 million. Winton’s longstanding pre-sale strategy has served it well in a difficult market.   Chris Meehan, Chair and CEO of Winton said: “The financial results don’t capture the resilience and progress that Winton made during FY24. Despite a difficult market and very challenging economic conditions, we have continued to deliver pre-sold properties, complete new projects and diversify our revenue streams. This steadfastness is a testament to Winton’s commitment and ability to weather market fluctuations.”   “Even with a slow market and challenging economic conditions, Winton finished the year with a landbank yield of c6,000 units, cash holdings of $41.7 million and a solid pre-sale book that has increased in the weeks after the end of the financial year to $411.7 million as at 23 August 2024.”   Along with its FY24 annual results materials, Winton has also published its FY24 Climate-Related Disclosures and FY24 GHG Emissions Inventory Report. All of which are available on its website:  https://lnkd.in/gitD688A

A great outcome at the @Te Kāhui Whaihanga NZ Institute of Architects Southern Architecture Awards where Ayrburn won the Heritage and Hospitality categories and a Resene Colour Award. A fantastic recognition of a lot of hard work by the project team over a number of years. A special thank you to Jessie Sutherland of SA Studio Ltd who was critical to the success of the project. As a local, she understood the brief of celebrating and integrating the heritage of these incredible farm buildings but in a way that was fitting for their new chapter as a refined food and wine precinct. Jessie was involved from the very beginning of this journey and her unwavering, practical and collaborative approach was just what was needed for this multi-year project. A big part of what is still to come at Ayrburn is Winton’s third Northbrook location. Great to be a part of the Property Council New Zealand’s Residential Development Summit last week and share Winton’s masterplan for our waterfront development in Wynyard Quarter which includes Northbrook Luxury Later Living, Cracker Bay and The Villard.
