Tim is committed to driving innovation, influencing policy, and enhancing global engagement with urban parks. New Deputy Chair - Mark Bowater Mark Bowater joins as Deputy Chair, bringing extensive experience in parks, recreation, and sustainability. A leader in local government and active member of Recreation Aotearoa, Mark is passionate about urban livability and mentoring future professionals.
