Tim is committed to driving innovation, influencing policy, and enhancing global engagement with urban parks. New Deputy Chair - Mark Bowater Mark Bowater joins as Deputy Chair, bringing extensive experience in parks, recreation, and sustainability. A leader in local government and active member of Recreation Aotearoa, Mark is passionate about urban livability and mentoring future professionals. Recognized with prestigious industry awards, Mark’s expertise and dedication will play a key role in shaping the future of World Urban Parks.
