At AGI Denim, we continue to push the boundaries of sustainable manufacturing with Jeanologia’s G2 Super technology. This advanced system utilizes ozone gas to revolutionize denim finishing, replacing traditional processes that rely heavily on water and chemicals. With an ozone generator capacity of 1200 grams per hour, the G2 Super delivers authentic vintage finishes while significantly reducing environmental impact. Its twin drum setup enables continuous production—processing in one drum while loading or unloading in the other—enhancing efficiency. The system consumes no chemicals or water, relying on a catalytic converter to safely transform unused ozone into oxygen, ensuring zero ozone discharge. Safety is paramount, with ozone leak detectors and low maintenance requirements built into the design. At the core of our ethos is the commitment to align innovation with eco-conscious practices, redefining how denim is made while protecting the planet for future generations.
