Fun clicks from our recent collab with Shan Foods Private Limited for a memorable team-building day at the beach! Equipped with iPads and fueled by excitement, teams set off on a competitive and timed trail, with surprises waiting at every turn. From mind-bending puzzles to creative challenges, the journey was packed with flavour! After a quick briefing, teams fired up the Go Team app and got straight to the action. It was all about teamwork, creativity, and uncovering hidden clues to outsmart the competition. Last month marked an incredible collaboration as we partnered with Dawlance to create an unforgettable onboarding experience for their inaugural batch of Management Trainees! Together, we curated an exciting first day, utilizing diverse mediums to provide a platform for the young trainees to engage with the top leadership. To kick things off, we did away with traditional name tags and handshakes, and started with a fun, fast-paced energiser that provided a platform for the MTs to get to know the leadership team, showcase their unique interests, and soak up wisdom from the top brass! Next up was the Infinite Loop where the trainees and department heads joined hands for a competitive team VR-experience, navigating challenges that push the boundaries of communication and creative problem-solving! Finally, we wrapped it all up with our custom-built onboarding journey that had trainees buzzing through the head office on an interactive, gamified adventure! The experience was designed to take the new hires on a gamified tour, learning about the turning points in the company's history, and familiarizing themselves with the culture and their new office space. Thrilled to share highlights from our recent collab with PTCL.Official where we had the pleasure of conducting our dynamic Beat the Box activity as part of an extensive workshop for their senior leadership team. Watching teams tackle complex challenges and puzzles, we saw important leadership behaviours emerge in fascinating ways: It was inspiring to see participants embracing disruptive thinking from the get-go! The unconventional puzzles of BTB presented a tall order but the teams kept approaching them from fresh perspectives to find innovative solutions. The pressure-cooker environment of a ticking clock brought out true resilience, with delegates quickly testing and refining their ideas, learning from each attempt. As the challenges grew more complex, we saw teams break down silos, encouraging information sharing and genuine collaboration. The game's surprises and sudden changes demanded agility, with the most successful groups swiftly adapting their strategies as new information came to light. Perhaps most importantly, inclusion played a key role in driving success—teams that encouraged input from every member uncovered creative solutions faster than the rest at almost every stage of the game! It was inspiring to see these leadership behaviours in action, seamlessly blending with the excitement of the game. Last month, we partnered with A.P. Moller - Maersk to elevate the engagement at their Leadership Day. We kicked things off with a fast-paced icebreaker requiring everyone to dive in, sparking conversations and connections across departments. Then came "Quickfire" - an energizing tablet-based experience that had teams engaged in a wild mix of gamified challenges against the ticking clock. The buzz in the room was electric! We wrapped up with "The Infinite Loop," our VR simulation that puts team communication skills to the test. It was fascinating to see how quickly teams adapted, refining their approach with each round. Industry leaders embraced the challenges with enthusiasm and openness, which was truly inspiring.
