GenMol aims to tackle all aspects of the complex, multi-stage drug discovery process, including new molecule generation, hit generation and lead optimization. GenMol is built on the Sequential Attachment-based Fragment Embedding (SAFE) algorithm. Unlike traditional models, which encode molecules as linear strings, SAFE represents molecules as an unordered sequence of fragments to preserve the flexibility and modularity of chemistry.
