Welcome to Bernadovo – a truly green neighbourhood 🌿    Introducing a unique investment we recently completed for BPI Real Estate Poland in Tricity. The estate consists of 18 two-story buildings, each housing only 6 apartments. And its setting is extraordinary!   Impressively, 75% of the area is green, including a private forest covering nearly half the site. 🌲🌳🌲   The development features eco-friendly solutions like green roofs, a drip irrigation system, bike storage with wash stations, and an EV charging point. The Warmest Ride - we did it again!!🔥🚴♂️   Dear Friends! This year's edition of the Warmest Ride that we organised with Soudal Polska, Momentum Capital BV and Majaland Polska exceeded our expectations and it’s all thanks to you.💙 300 participants, 26 companies, over 40 thousand kilometres cycled, more than 600,000 PLN of collected funds, which will be distributed in 100% to the 3 beneficiaries of the event - to promote sports activities and active rehabilitation of people with disabilities. And, on top of all this, countless joy and smiles along the route and at the finish line!    We know that many of you took a real challenge and faced your own weaknesses, broke your own records, and really gave your all! And that's what the Warmest Ride is all about, to give it your best, just as those who we help - disabled athletes - do every day.💪   We would like to express our immense gratitude and congratulations to all the cyclists, supporters, volunteers, organisers and everyone who contributed to make Rajd Gorących Serc happen.
