Celebrating Our Hospitality Immersive Week! 🎓 As the academic year ended, in the first days of June our 23’24 Hospitality Master’s students embarked on an exhilarating journey during the exclusive Immersive Week. 🚀 🤝 Collaboration and Innovation: Working in dynamic groups over five intensive days, our students dove headfirst into challenges, camaraderie, and hard work. The week kicked off with the Innovation Bootcamp, fuelled by our esteemed partner, the Nova SBE Haddad Entrepreneurship Institute and with the collaboration of our dear colleagues Euclides Major and Maria Eugénia Ferreira de Lima Mascarenhas. Together with seasoned specialists, they mentored and guided our cohort from ideation to pitch. 🌱 🌍 Sustainability in Focus: The challenge? A remarkable proposal from Sailing Team Green Spirit - Patric Bauer, Martinho Dutschke: devising sustainable solutions to enhance mobility, optimize waste management, and engage event attendees. The final proposals were nothing short of creative and impactful, leaving our judge pleasantly surprised! 🌿 🏨 Hotel Simulator Capstone: To cap off the week, our students stepped into the shoes of general managers in a Hotel Simulator. They competed, strategized, and made efficient decisions, all under the watchful guidance of our invited guest, Marco C.. 🎉 A Proud Milestone: We’re immensely proud of our students, who’ve taken yet another significant step on their journey.
