Choosing ELI Parks 3.3 was the result of a thorough, full market analysis, including 14 locations from 10 developers and weighing many client-specific requirements to find the best solution for Deichmann Logistica. In this transaction, facilitated by Călin Badea, the tailor-made project offers the efficiency and flexibility needed to sustain the expansion of Deichmann in our region.
