Romania Property Club (RPC) takes the mission to lead sustainable and innovative real estate development with a positive impact. We cover (but are not limited to) the country’s most important real estate regional markets: Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Brasov, Iasi, and Constanta, with a focus on sustainable, green developments, which add a plus to the cities’ progress. An initiative of prominent leaders, Romania Property Club connects local developers present in Romania’s regional cities with international developers & funds present in Bucharest and international markets as well, with the aim of boosting the potential of Romanian Regional Cities. Our initiatives cover educational programs, conferences, seminars, private events, dialogue with mass-media and local & central authorities’ representatives, promoting regeneration mixed-used schemes, modern business parks, residential condominiums, shopping malls & retail parks, logistics schemes and hotels. RPC encourages innovation in the property industry through activities designed to support initiatives to digitize the processes and systems used by the real estate industry.

    #Constanta attracts large investors: One United Properties SA invests in second phase of Mamaia project.   🏗️ One Mamaia Nord currently consists of two residential buildings bordering the Black Sea beach: Phase 1 completed in 2022 and Phase 2 under development, with estimated delivery for Q2 2025. 🏢 Both buildings are constructed according to similar criteria and share an architectural unity, with dual orientation: the main one facing the sea and the subordinate one facing the access and the lake. 🌊 The apartments have frontal or lateral sea views and a free height in rooms of about three meters, premium finishes, natural stone, and glass closures on the terraces, with permanent security and video surveillance.     #Constanta residential market has crossed a challenging period following the war in Ukraine, inflation boom and exponential increase of interest rates. 2024 seems to be the year when demand is back. The area benefits from more reasonable land acquisition prices but also easier and faster permitting. Also, the well-known Mamaia clubs are expected to open new locations in Saturn -Venus.     #Constanta   DP World is one of the largest international investors from Constanta, with a history of 20 years in Constanta Port and total investments of over 250 million EUR in Romania.   Alexandru Craciun, Director Marketing & Governmental Affairs for DP World Romania, offered interesting insights during our 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂 𝑹𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆. Constanta is home to two new facilities following a 65 million EUR investment: a 5-hectares ‘project' cargo terminal for heavy, large and complex cargo, and a new ‘roll-on, roll-off’ (RO-RO) terminal that will handle up to 80,000 vehicles per year at its peak. A further 50 million EUR will be invested in a new multi-transport platform in Constanta that will open in 2025. DP World’s third new facility recently opened is in Aiud, a new 8-hectares 'intermodal’ logistics hub connecting rail and road, following a 21 million EUR investment. The new facilities will improve the connectivity between DP World’s existing sea, rail, barge and truck services across Romania and will enhance the movement of goods between mainland Europe through to the Black, North and Adriatic Seas.
