Yesterday, we had the privilege of moderating two panels at LEGAL PRO FORUM '24 in the beautiful setting of Zlatibor. Our Vlado Kapor led an engaging panel titled 'Smart Real Estate Requires Smart Legal Solutions,' bringing together legal experts from various fields to discuss the latest trends in purchase and lease agreements for modern, 'smart' real estate. Additionally, our Filip Zivanovic moderated an interesting and dynamic panel on 'The Energy Sector of the Western Balkans+: How to Improve Legal and Business Cooperation?' The discussion shed light on critical global topics such as Renewable Energy policies, nuclear power, Power Purchase Agreements as well as expected amendments to Serbia's Energy Law.
