As part of its efforts to engage the private sector and leverage local content, #SoudahDevelopment held a workshop in collaboration with the Abha chamber to discuss prospects for cooperation in the contracting and real estate development sectors in Aseer, with a focus on supporting and enhancing opportunities in the #SoudahPeaks project.

#السودة_للتطوير تحصد جائزتين من جوائز إنترناشونال فاينانس في دبي. جائزة لأفضل مبادرة خضراء في القطاع العقاري، وجائزة لمشروع #قمم_السودة كأفضل مشروع متوائم مع التراث الثقافي. يأتي هذا الإنجاز تأكيدًا على التزام الشركة بالاستدامة والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي في مشروع قمم السودة.

#SoudahDevelopment won two prestigious awards from the International Finance Awards in Dubai for the “Best Green Initiative in Natural Ecosystem Real Estate” and for #SoudahPeaks as the “Best Cultural Heritage Framework Project”. This recognition reaffirms the company’s commitment to sustainability and heritage preservation in Soudah Peaks.

#SoudahDevelopment is committed to protecting native flora in #SoudahPeaks as part of its efforts to maintain the vegetation cover and biodiversity in the region. One example of these plants is the perennial plant 'Athrab.'
