Last week in Stockholm, the RBN eco reached an exciting milestone by launching the first integrated solution for battery traceability in collaboration with Cling Systems. This groundbreaking solution allows key players in the supply chain to deploy Digital Product Passports (DPP) with ease. It also marks the first industrial deployment of DPP for batteries as part of the RBN eco-project, a significant achievement within the EU Pre-Commercial Procurement initiative. The RBN eco DPP, developed alongside the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI), reflects the EU’s commitment to building a secure and trusted cross-border digital ecosystem. With blockchain at its core, European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) ensures that the RBN eco DPP offers transparency, security, and interoperability, perfectly aligning with the EU's sustainability and digital sovereignty goals. In another exciting development, this solution is now anchored to the Chromia Mainnet, leveraging Chromia’s advanced blockchain capabilities to drive cross-industry innovation. We're proud to be part of the Chromia family, offering sustainable and cutting-edge technologies to enterprises and public sector clients. We’re also thrilled to announce that Phase 2 of the project with Cling Systems is underway! This phase will focus on engaging more key actors within the battery value chain and expanding the solution’s functionality to meet the growing industry demands. We were pleased to attend the OSCE with our own Johan Toll participating in the 2-day workshop on a Regulatory Framework for Virtual Assets and Virtual Assets Service Providers. Attended by industry experts and key figures, including the Central Bank of Armenia, it was an incredibly productive discussion covering technology, finance, regulations and more. It’s great to #Armenia take such a proactive approach to digital currencies. We had very constructive discussions and were pleased to share our knowledge and experience having been in the space for more than 10 years. The Armenian Central Bank showed great competence and dedication, so we will undoubtedly see positive outcomes from the training and workshop performed by the OSCE experts in crypto. Thank you for your hospitality. It is great to see the openness to blockchain and we are happy to be able to work with all stakeholders, including governments and regulators.
