Say hello to Emma Alexandersson! 👋 Emma works as our Head of Customer Success, and has spent the last four years managing the team that helps our users thrive. 🙌 The Customer Success team works with everything from onboarding and training customers, to detecting #data collection issues and forwarding customer feedback. They help pinpoint our customers’ needs, and make Metry work the best way possible for them. “I love working within IT and had already been in that industry for 12 years before coming to Metry. I really wanted to work for a green tech company, so I googled ‘green tech companies in Gothenburg’ and made a list of them. Luckily, I had a friend working here already, which made the choice where to apply easy! I also felt the culture suited me when I met the other people at Metry. We have a kind, open and friendly attitude to each other.“ 🌱 Our open and friendly culture is something we’re proud of at Metry, and it's one of the best parts of Emmas job: “When I realise our team needs to do something, they answer: ‘Yes, we've already done that’. Varenda nätbolag har sina egna kundsidor, och varje hårdvaruleverantör har olika protokoll för att skicka över datan. Det spretar något enormt. Med hjälp av Metry har Brinova Fastigheter AB kunnat få in all data rörande el, värme och gas från flera olika nätbolag och mätare. Tillväxten i Brinovas bestånd har bland annat kommit genom förvärv av andra bolag. Med hjälp av snabb uppkoppling av nya datakällor, och tillgången till historiska mätvärden, har Brinova också kunnat få en springande start på sina nya tillgångar. – När vi köper hela bolag så måste insamlingen fungera nästan direkt.
