Balderton Capital led the funding round, with participation from German climate tech investor AENU and our existing investors Speedinvest, Magnetic Capital, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company and The Delta and angels. Since March 2023, our relentless efforts have focused on empowering small and medium-sized companies across Germany to make the change and regain control over their electricity procurement, with technology that makes renewable energy not only affordable but outperform existing options in cost-effectiveness. 🌿💰📉 Europe's ongoing energy crisis has highlighted that the majority of German SMEs still lack access to affordable renewable energy sources and heavily rely on outdated procurement approaches. Despite a growing desire to transition to green energy, companies are deterred by complexities, potential supply security issues, and lack of trust in what is labeled 'green energy'.
