We’ve selected dynamic “champions” from within our organization to spearhead the exploration and identification of transformative, value-creating applications of Generative AI. This program includes two cohorts, one in France and one in the Nordics, to leverage innovation locally and regionally. Our champions are already hard at work, exploring how GenAI can potentially change our operations, enhance patient care, and significantly improve the workplace for our dedicated staff. Out of 93 nominations, six finalists presented their ideas and shared their insights in an online broadcast. Three awards for the best impact for our patients, people, planet, and society were handed out. Its more than 100+ primary care centers financed by capitation provide care to one out of ten Swedes. This experience has been valuable when setting up primary care health centers in France.   🔍 Innovative Economic Model: The core principle behind these health centers is capitation—a lump-sum payment method that revolutionizes patient care. If you haven´t noticed, a lot of focus this week has been on strengthening the boundaries between France and Sweden when French President Emmanuel Macron visited Sweden. Did you know that Ramsay Santé has over 12000 passionate and engaged coworkers in Sweden ? We at the Innovation Hub are some of them. This week, we have also worked on strengthening our bounds within the team by having our first get-together with our new team members from France, Fabrice Morlet and Eloise Hascoet. Fabrice, CDO for Ramsay Santé, took the team's lead at the beginning of January this year. Eloise has been working within the Ramsay Santé procurement department for many years. During the state visit, our CEO Pascal Roché was one of the panelists discussing Innovation, competitiveness, and reskilling at the "Sweden-France Business Forum: Accelerating Europe’s Competitiveness" at Stockholm City Hall, where President Emmanuel Macron, government representatives, and over 200 business representatives from Sweden and France took part.
