𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝟮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 In H2 2024, sales for Good Class Bungalows (GCBs) surged, with 21 GCBs worth $865.90 million transacted, about 75.7% higher than the 14 GCBs sold in H1 2024. The rebound in 2024’s full-year sales supported the recovery from the historic low in 2023, fuelled by improvements in market sentiment following clarity on the money laundering case and lower interest rates. However, the Sentosa Cove market observed a muted performance. Bungalow sales remained tepid, while condominium sales normalised following the uptick in H1 2024. Meanwhile, luxury apartment sales remain weak, with a 39.8% decline in transaction value compared to H1 2024. Despite this, prices saw a modest increase due to rate cuts and limited new supply.
