This October, Elite UK REIT together with bankers/analysts 💼, visited several of the portfolio’s properties near the Manchester, Liverpool, and London areas.   The site visit covered 13 properties 🏘️, which together comprised 47% of the portfolio’s valuation 💰 and 44% of annualised gross rental income as at 30 June 2024 📈   Beyond the physical brick buildings 🧱 spanning a net internal area of over 1.6 million sq ft 📏, the group saw how the properties serve as crucial social infrastructure that support the UK Government’s social agenda.   We are thankful to all who made this a successful site visit 😊!   #EliteUKREIT #UKREIT #SREIT #SocialInfrastructure #Income #Growth #SocialImpact

🚨 Just in! 🚨 We are excited to share that we have submitted a planning application to the local authority for a data centre development site at Peel Park, Blackpool. We believe Peel Park has significant potential to be transformed into a cutting-edge data centre campus. Its strategic location offers ⚡ low latency and 🌍 reduced emissions, making it highly attractive to data centre operators and end-users.   💼 Yesterday, we also announced that we entered into a contract of sale to divest Sidlaw House, Dundee, at a 🔝 41.7% premium above its valuation. Net proceeds from the Divestment will be used for 💳 repayment of the REIT’s outstanding borrowings.   🏢 The Manager is committed to delivering long-term value for its unitholders by actively exploring opportunities to 📈 optimise its asset portfolio.
