#GuocoLand recently engaged the Mobile Massage Team from the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH) to offer Head & Shoulder massage services at our office. Colleagues who participated were impressed by the professionalism of the masseurs and found the experience both enjoyable and meaningful. It allowed them to focus on their well-being in the office while supporting #SAVH. At GuocoLand, we encourage everyone to participate in experiences that uplift their health and wellness, both in and out of the office. We will continue to foster a company culture where we strive to bring a positive impact to the community together as a team. #CompanyCulture

#GuocoLand celebrates Chinese New Year with vibrant lion dance performances at #GuocoTower and #GuocoMidtown! The lion brought positive energy throughout Guoco Tower and Guoco Midtown, spreading joy and excitement to our colleagues, office and retail tenants, as well as passers-by. Our Group CEO, Mr. Cheng Hsing Yao, was also present to welcome the Year of the Snake with the community. We are excited and look forward to new opportunities for growth and success in the year ahead. The Chinese New Year is a time for families to gather and celebrate the beginning of a new year together with our loved ones. As we celebrate, let us not forget our fellow Singaporeans who may need some additional support from society, especially during festive periods. Some #GuocoLand staff volunteered their time to pack 300 goodie bags, which were distributed to families from less privileged backgrounds living in areas near our developments. The staff also personally delivered some of the goodie bags, filled with daily essentials, to the beneficiaries’ homes, spreading some joy to them. It was a good experience for everyone who participated. As one of the staff volunteers shared, it was a simple yet meaningful way to serve the community, especially during the festive period. GuocoLand is committed to contributing to the community and will, through different ways, continue to uplift the lives of our communities. #GuocoLandCSR #CSR

We are delighted to share that #GuocoLand's Residential Director, Dora Chng, has been recognised as one of Asia’s "Power Women" in real estate at the recent PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit (ARES) for her efforts and contributions to shaping Singapore's property landscape. Last month, power players in Asia’s real estate industry gathered in Bangkok for the 10th edition of the #PropertyGuru ARES to discuss issues impacting the future of real estate and the built environment. The event attracted over 300 delegates and 30 speakers from across the globe. One of the highlights of the summit was the ARES VIP cocktail party, where five trailblazing "Power Women" from different nations, who have revolutionised the industry through their vision and resilience, were celebrated and honoured for their achievements. Besides Dora from Singapore, the other ladies being recognised were from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. With her years of experience in the industry, Dora has played a role in redefining luxury living in Singapore and driving the success of GuocoLand’s many award-winning projects, including #MidtownModern, #LentorModern and #LentorMansion. Congratulations, Dora!   Dora also represented GuocoLand at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, where #LentorMansion received three awards – Best Condo Development (Asia), Best Nature Integrated Development (Asia) and Best Condo Landscape Design (Asia) – against some of the best projects in the region. GuocoLand proudly participated in the SGX Cares Bull Charge Charity Run 2024 held at Marina Barrage. It was an incredible experience to join forces with so many passionate individuals and organisations, all running for a meaningful cause, with the iconic Singapore skyline as our backdrop. Together, we raised funds for various charities including AWWA Ltd and Autism Association (Singapore), making a positive impact on our community.   Let's continue to drive change and support those in need. Engaging employees is important in fostering a thriving workplace culture. We recently held our company townhall at #GuocoMidtown's Network Hub, where our Group CEO, Hsing-Yao Cheng, shared updates on #GuocoLand's progress and the direction ahead. Our collective efforts over the past year have borne fruit, with the completion of Guoco Midtown and successful launch of #LentorMansion, to name a few. Our Management team also shared on possible new initiatives, and also heard feedback and suggestions from colleagues, which resulted in a good constructive conversation. After the session, colleagues bonded over good food and music entertainment at the events plaza till sundown. We look forward to the journey ahead and appreciate everyone's contributions in making GuocoLand a great place to work!

GuocoLand staff recently had the opportunity to attend a floral resin coaster making workshop. Colleagues who attended the workshop by Partymojo Pte Ltd learned the art of preserving real flowers and how to use them to produce beautiful resin coasters. They had the chance to express their creativity and artistic side by selecting their preferred colour palette and flowers to create coasters that matches their own, individual style. The workshop was a fun and engaging way for colleagues to discover more about themselves and about each other, with everyone calling it an incredibly enjoyable experience! #GuocoLand
