Our Women in Business report shows that we can expect half of all senior roles in mid-market companies to be held by women by 2051. https://grnt.tn/vq6 That means a young woman starting her career today will be working for more than a quarter of a century before she can expect to work at a firm with gender parity in top roles. Download our report now to learn from Belinda Tan and other Grant Thornton experts how companies can accelerate progress on gender parity in senior leadership. #WomeninBusiness #Diversity

[JUST IN] Our new Women in Business 2025 report has just launched! https://grnt.tn/vq6 For 21 years, we’ve tracked the proportion of women occupying senior management roles in mid-market companies around the world. And although the last five years have seen sustained growth on this key measure and, as a result, we now expect parity to be reached in 2051, that still isn’t soon enough. "It’s disheartening to see that we’re at risk of missing out on another generation of female leaders. We’ve been talking about this issue for many years, and while it’s good to see progress, 2051 is too far away," said our CEO, Belinda Tan. Download our report to find out how businesses can accelerate progress to avoid another generation of women missing out on opportunities: https://grnt.tn/vq6 #WomenInBusiness #IWD2025 #Diversity

The Budget “should pre-empt potential shifts in the global landscape” – not least as US President Donald Trump’s planned tariffs and tax breaks could slow global trade while making the US more attractive to global talent. Adrian Sham, our employer solutions partner told The Business Times that "expatriate tax breaks that were previously pared down could be reinstated". To encourage top talent to put down roots, the government could also allow Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions. Read the full piece here: https://lnkd.in/g28ZK5ki
