Father's Day passed not too long ago. Reminds me of one of our old projects: StarHub Day Out, a meaningful story about a father and daughter's day out to lift her spirits after getting bad exam results. Together with DDB, we flew in a director-duo and a director of photography from the US for this. From look and feel to mood and tone, the entire film had a dream-like quality that candidly captured the everyday magic of the father-daughter bond. It was released on PSLE Results Day and screened in cinemas and online, with warm responses all around.
