🎉 What a blast we had at SKH’s Clean & Green Day yesterday! 🌟 With nearly 40 vibrant activities and booths showcasing fun and creative ways to embrace the 5 ‘R’s in our daily lives, there was truly something for everyone! From engaging craft workshops to exciting educational games, we united with over 300 SKH staff and community members on our journey to a greener future! At SKH, we’re not just about Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling; we wholeheartedly embrace ‘Refusing’ and ‘Repairing’ too! 💤 Struggling with sleepless nights? Dr Tang Chao Tian (Chao Tian Tang), Consultant, Department of Psychiatry at SKH, shares that insomnia, characterised by unsatisfying sleep quality or quantity, affects many people at least three nights a week over three months. Quality sleep is essential for both mental and physical health, yet factors like anxiety can create a challenging cycle, as explained by Jetaime Muk, Psychologist, Department of Psychology at SKH. Treatment options include medication and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which equips patients with relaxation techniques.
