𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗦𝗛 𝗩𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗻𝘀   As we approach the year’s end and pre-CNY completion milestones, we call on companies to maintain your WSH vigilance and keep up your robust WSH practices, so that your workers remain safe and healthy.    👀 The Ministry of Manpower has found from investigations of recent fatal cases that the vast majority of occupiers involved did not implement their risk management system well, or follow documented safe work procedures. Do ensure that your risk management system is implemented well, as it is the foundation to preventing workplace injuries. This includes ensuring that the workers are equipped with the necessary information and resources to carry out the work safely and are not left to their own discretion entirely.   Empower your workers to speak up and report any unsafe situations to their supervisors to learn and address potential risks before they result in injuries. Counsel your workers to refrain from taking short-cuts; they should follow safe work procedures instead.    Strengthen your WSH capabilities by signing up for programmes, such as bizSAFE and StartSAFE: https://lnkd.in/gAbKzp_T Refer to our resources, such as guidelines and WSH articles, for more prevention tips: https://lnkd.in/exYvC6Pw   Don’t let the upcoming festive season be marred by workplace injuries. Let's continue prioritising WSH, so that we can end the year safe and sound. 💪   #WSH #TakeTimetoTakeCare
