  • At Yara Africa & Asia, operational excellence remains a key focus and enables our green transition. 🎯 The team in Ghana led the way in Africa by developing a comprehensive roadmap to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Through a collaborate effort, the team addressed challenges to bring impactful benefits not only to our customers, but also to colleagues. 🚚 By implementing a digitalised truck queuing and scheduling system, customers can now complete on-time registration and digital inspections, facilitating better delivery and inventory management. 💻 Transitioning to digital systems to reduce manual handling and archiving helped close the gap in efficiency, boosting the team’s own productivity and sustainable growth. 👣 Refining the environmental waste management system, Yara Ghana is minimising impact on the climate and promoting sustainability. • Did you know that fertigation is a win-win solution for both farmers and the environment? 💧 Fertigation, an innovative approach that combines irrigation and fertilisation, not only helps farmers save time and reduce labour costs but also supports climate neutrality by: 🎯 Optimising nutrient efficiency through targeted delivery, minimising nutrient runoff, or leaching. ⬇️ Reducing water usage while improving crop yield and quality. In Malaysia, Yara showcased this practical solution to farmers and retailers, sharing how YaraRega (a high grade soluble fertiliser) and the EasyFeed Fertigation tank system can be paired together as a plug & play upgrade for irrigated farms. By addressing one of agriculture’s biggest challenges—labour shortage—we are making #fertigation a simple and accessible solution in Africa & Asia. #NaturePositive
