🌟 EduRISE Capstone Project Success! 🌟 Nine months ago, we welcomed a group of talented individuals from across Asia to our EduRISE programme in Singapore. This initiative highlights YCH Group’s dedication to nurturing future industry leaders and strengthening supply chain capabilities. Rooted in the principle of empowerment through education—following the adage “teach a man to fish”—the programme equips participants with practical skills and a forward-thinking mindset to tackle challenges in the ever-evolving supply chain landscape.   On 22 October 2024, our trainees reached a significant milestone by completing their Capstone Project Presentations, marking the culmination of their transformative learning journey. Over the past nine months, they’ve not only gained essential technical expertise but also developed key leadership qualities such as innovative thinking, resilience, and data-driven problem-solving—skills critical for thriving in today’s dynamic business environment.   Each team was assigned a project that challenged them to apply their skills in real-world scenarios. Their presentations not only showcased the innovative solutions they developed but also reflected their creativity, practical approach, and deep understanding of the industry.
