Back to school, back to (digital) reality check 💻 Danes se začenja novo šolsko leto, ki prinaša nove priložnosti, a tudi stare izzive. Osnovnošolci in dijaki v Sloveniji ponovno vstopajo v učilnice brez ključnega temelja za prihodnost – obveznega predmeta digitalnega jezika (predno komunicirano kot RIN - računalništvo in informatika). Vsako leto, ko ta predmet ni del obveznega šolskega kurikuluma, se razkorak v razvoju digitalnih kompetenc med našimi mladimi in njihovimi vrstniki v drugih državah EU še poglablja. Za prihodnost, ki bo brez dvoma digitalna, je ključnega pomena, da našim mladim omogočimo enake možnosti za uspeh. Ob začetku novega šolskega leta smo za mnenje povprašali učiteljico leta 2024, Simono Šarlah. 👩🏫    Kakšna je po vašem mnenju dodana vrednost pri vključevanju digitalnih znanj v izobraževanje in pripravo učencev na prihodnost❓    "Vključevanje digitalnih znanj v izobraževanje se mi zdi nujno potrebno. Tukaj niti ne moremo govoriti zgolj o dodani vrednosti, ampak bi digitalna znanja morala postati standard. Mladi so trenutno na tem področju prepuščeni samoiniciativi in lastnemu raziskovanju, nujno pa bi bilo uvesti tovrstno izobraževanje na organiziran in strokovno podprt način. Mladi bodo tako lahko v strukturiranem okolju znatno izboljšali svoja digitalna znanja, spretnosti in pridobili kompetence za vedno bolj digitalno usmerjeno prihodnost."
