🌅 Day 2 is off to an inspiring start! Today’s first two sessions are all about partnerships and innovation at the cutting edge of digital health. Kicking off the morning, Lu Zheng, Head of Value-Based Partnerships and Digital Health at Takeda and Co-Founder of Etheros HealthData Foundation, shared how partnerships are reshaping healthcare. She highlighted projects like an ADHD awareness game using storytelling to improve understanding of adult ADHD and the "Takeda For You With You" (FYWY) app, which supports patients with gastrointestinal and neurological diseases through features like public toilet locators and quality-of-life trackers. Lu also discussed digital cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for ADHD and the Etheros HealthData Foundation’s mission to empower individuals to own and share their health data. In another inspiring keynote, Leslie Anne Fendt, Global Digital Health Program Lead at Roche, discussed the transformative role of digital health solutions in modernizing pharmaceutical care. Her presentation focused on integrated Software-as-Medical-Device (SaMD) solutions like Roche's myVisionTrack (mVT), designed to make healthcare systems more responsive and patient-centered. A highlight of the session was Roche’s myVisionTrack, a remote vision-monitoring tool for retinal diseases like AMD. This SaMD solution empowers patients to self-assess their vision frequently and alerts healthcare providers when intervention is needed. Successfully launched in the US and UK, mVT bridges gaps between clinic visits, supporting proactive, patient-centered care with proven benefits. We are privileged to have Pete Brockmeier as our second-day moderator, bringing expertise and an engaging presence to ensure each session flows seamlessly.
