Včerajší prvý deň inovačného festivalu #INOFEST prekonal naše očakávania. Na jednom mieste sa stretli vizionári, podnikatelia, vedci a študenti s cieľom diskutovať o trendoch a budúcnosti v oblasti technológií a inovácií. Zaujímavé prednášky a panelové diskusie sa venovali témam ako robotika, automatizácia, AI či vesmírne technológie s dôrazom na možnosti zvýšenia kvality života nielen v Európe. Sme radi, že v rámci panelov zaujala aj prezentácia našej digitálnej aplikácie, ktorú sme vyvinuli v spolupráci s FEI STU. [R&D] #HorizonEurope FIND Project: IGNITION 🚀 (**summed up French version below**) 😎🎉 The Grant Agreement of the Euratom project FIND has been signed by the European Commission and the 11 partners of the consortium under the coordination of IRSN. The next steps are the official start of the project on 1st October 2024 and to its kick-off meeting from 6th to 8th November 2024 at IRSN’s offices in Fontenay-aux-Roses. 🔎 FIND (Future Instrumentation and coNtrol based on innovative methods and Disruptive technologies for higher safety level) will focus on the development of advanced instrumentation to prevent and mitigate nuclear accidents, leveraging the concepts of Structural Health Monitoring, Digital Twins and embedded sensors. 🤖 The new technologies will enable the continuous monitoring of metallic components in existing nuclear power plants to anticipate their degradation due to ageing, complementing Non-Destructive Examinations.
