Can mouse sensitivity be fixed?

The menu slider doesn't go low enough. I can't find any config files to edit.

I think I uninstalled the game because the solutions I found were lacking and I only bought the game to have the set on Steam.
I'll note your answer for next time and assume you've solved the problem.

Thank you so much, this and the achievements bugs have prevented me re-playing this game for years!
