Tired of spending yet another night in some inn's
bug-infested backroom? Luckily for you, selected
inns are now offering comfortable suites for
rent , and for ridiculously low prices, too.
Room service included.

FEATURES

Every suite is a full-grown, unique player home, located in an inn.
They're rented on an annual basis, prices vary with size and equipment.

To rent a suite, talk to the local innkeeper. Once rented, it's yours for a year.
When the rent is due, you'll be notified on arrival. If you don't need you suite
anymore, you can always cancel it and have the money for the remaining
time refunded.

To take a look at a suite before you rent it, you can always enter it through
the inn-side door (exterior doors require the key). Do not take or use any-
thing in it before you've rented it though, it'd be considered trespassing.

Locals can be allowed or disallowed to hang out in your suite.

All containers in suites and belonging porches, yards etc... are safe and
non-respawning.

Most suites are equipped with bathtubs. To use these, just fill the tub and
step in to get bathed and receive a full healing.

7 suites available in this version: Falkreath, Ivarstead, Kynesgrove, Night-
gate Inn, Solitude (requested), Whiterun's Drunken Huntsman (requested),
plus a little Hidden Bonus Suite
(Ok it's not exactly hidden - I just won't tell you where it is :-)
For a little hint anyway: It's where you least expect it... And, other than the
other suites, it's entirely in an exterior - a notification will be displayed when
you get to the location, so you'll know when you're there)
