Description
Overview
Adds a couple of extra ores, mostly for minerals that previously only had one or two ores containing them.
The mod features 13 (technically 15) new ores, and I do not plan to add any more at this point.

Featured ores
Magnesite
MgCO₃.
More common in later biomes.
Deconstructs into 2 magnesium.
Carnallite
KClMgCl₂ * 6(H₂O).
Only spawns in early biomes.
Deconstructs into magnesium, potassium, and chlorine.
Chlorizite
ZnCl₂ (in reality does not occur naturally, but I wanted a mineral with zinc and chlorine).
Only spawns in the cold caves and aphotic plateau, and rarely in the abyss anywhere.
Deconstructs into zinc and chlorine.
Coffinite
U(SiO₄)₁₋ₓ(OH)₄ₓ.
More common in later biomes.
Deconstructs into uranium and silicon.
Albite
NaAlSi₃O₈.
More common in early biomes.
Deconstructs into sodium and aluminium.
Spodumene
LiAl(SiO₃)₂.
More common in early and late biomes, absent in mid-game.
Deconstructs into lithium and aluminium.
Turqoise
CuAl₆(PO₄)₄(OH)₈ * 4(H₂O).
More common in later biomes
Deconstructs into copper, aluminium, and phosphorous.
Perovskite
CaTiO₃.
More common in early and late biomes, absent in mid-game.
Deconstructs into calcium and titanium.
Dolomite
CaMg(CO₃)₂.
Fairly rare, mainly spawns in later biomes.
Deconstructs into calcium, magnesium, and carbon.
Tobernite
Cu[(UO₂)(PO₄)]₂(H₂O)₁₂.
Most common in mid-game biomes.
Deconstructs into copper and uranium.
Thorite
(Th,U)SiO₄.
Rare, spawns mainly in later biomes.
Deconstructs into thorium and silicon.
Cylindrite
Pb₃Sn₄FeSb₂S₁₄.
Spawns only in later biomes.
Deconstructs into lead and tin.
Oxygenite
Behaves like other vanilla alien ores.
Uses unused vanilla sprite.
Sulphurite
Behaves like other vanilla alien ores.
Uses unused vanilla sprite.
Anomalous ore
Spawns in the abyss like other alien ores, but more rarely.
Deconstructs into 1-3 random alien materials.

Thank you for this mod. It was so annoying going through many biomes and Searching specifcally for Casserite or whatever when Low and having to search for just that 1 specific ore. Now i have more stuff to Mine and less time ignoring other stuf.

It took me a few months, but I found your mod extremely useful in my learning process. thank you. Your mod has helped me add gold silver and platinum as elements. And it helped me learn about the spawn zones and other things about items. You shall receive due credit for my treasure mod. Thank you sparky

-I am not aware of any changes that have happened that would make this mod no longer function.
-The mod just adds more options for the game to choose from when spawning ores; it does not increase the number or frequency of ores.

Hello, is this mod still fully functional for 1.7.7? Does this mod just modify the total types of ores, or does it also increase total ore spawning in the level?

This mod does not touch missions in any way. So, I can only assume your crash is caused by some other mod.

After the update, the company started crashing every time I try to start a level, the logs send me this:

Mission: Mining Langbeinite
There's been talk of deposits of Langbeinite along the way from Arid Troma Fields to Arid Troma Beacon. Bring back 6 samples of Langbeinite to verify these claims. You are expected to hand over 33%.
Mission: Activate beacon
According to the onboard navigation system, there should be a run-down beacon station nearby. Getting it back online will make the passage easier for other vessels to traverse, and help colonies to spread further.

Hello! With the latest update it seems that our seed got corrupted and the server crashes instantly because of it
