About The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account & Partnerships Executive. Who can develop growth strategies, tactics, and action plans for the Thai market. This is a division leadership role and duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Your Responsibility
Account person / Client partner
Has knowledge of the client's business so that problems and opportunities can be anticipated and addressed.
Has thorough understanding of Ampverse’s services (Esports teams, influencers, commerce and metaverse/GTA) and actively leads projects to successful completion.
Actively pursues new opportunities to grow or build new revenue streams with current clients
Salesperson
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan
Creating a strong new business pipeline (working closely with the Head of Commercial Partnerships),
Meeting planned sales goals.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results at the weekly revenue meeting
Creating credential decks that is relevant to the potential client and is comfortable in presenting (with support from Client Solutions)
Has thorough understanding of Ampverse’s services (Esports teams, influencers, commerce and metaverse/GTA) and actively leads projects to successful completion.
Actively pursues new opportunities to grow or build new revenue streams with current clients
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising/sponsorship
Excellent network with media agencies and direct clients
A keen eye to seek out prospective clients and new business opportunities
Strong understanding of the influencer market and trends within the advertising industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience managing a sales team in Thailand
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A gamer and esports fan is optimal.
