Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Plan and manage the recruitment process to hire front-line staff in line with business needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, such as posting job advertisements or organizing job fairs.
- Oversee interviews, selection processes, and prepare employment offers for successful candidates.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, such as employee skill development or fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Plan career development paths for front-line employees to enhance growth opportunities.
- Analyze workforce data, such as turnover rates or employee satisfaction, to propose actionable improvements.
- HR Data and System Management:
- Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and work history.
- Utilize HRIS or similar tools to monitor and report on HR metrics, such as headcount and HR cost analysis.
- Prepare and manage documents, such as employment contracts and salary adjustment letters.
- Employee Benefits Management:
- Design and implement suitable benefits programs for front-line employees, such as health insurance, employee discounts, or wellness programs.
- Provide guidance and resolve issues related to employee benefits.
- Communicate and educate employees about their benefits and entitlements.
- Employee Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Organize activities to foster strong relationships among employees, such as team-building events or special celebrations.
- Collect feedback from employees and implement initiatives to improve the workplace environment.
- Labor Law Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and adjust HR practices accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, strategic planning, and employee benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and experience with HR management systems (HRIS).
- Excellent planning and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
