Our client is a leading global supply chain logistics company, specializing in air and ocean freight, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function in Bangkok. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and will play a critical role in driving HR strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People and Organizational Development, HRIS, and Employee Relations.
Provide HR insights to support organizational change initiatives, enhancing effectiveness and fostering people development.
Lead local HR projects in alignment with global strategies and company policies.
Collaborate closely with business groups to ensure HR operations meet business needs and drive impact.
Design and implement HR procedures that improve operational efficiency within the HR department.
Revise or establish HR policies and guidelines to adapt to organizational changes.
Maintain strong employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience managing HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a proven ability to handle complex HR issues.
Strong understanding of HR principles and organizational development strategies.
Proven experience in optimizing HR procedures to improve efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is preferred.
