CE Partners advised Proparco on a senior loan to Rönesans Sağlık Yatırımları, a subsidiary of RÖNESANS HOLDİNG. The financing will support the construction and operation of the Kokshetau Hospital, the first healthcare PPP in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. This financing marks a pivotal development in the region's healthcare infrastructure, and the hospital is expected to set a precedent for future PPPs in the healthcare sector across the region, fostering further investment and development. The transaction follows the initial €365 million financing in November 2024 where Clifford Chance and CE Partners advised the lenders.
