We are delighted to announce that Gedik & Eraksoy , together with A&O Shearman, advised the Dealers on the update by Türkiye İhracat Kredi Bankası A.Ş. of its USD 8 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.    Our team at Gedik & Eraksoy was led by Partner Umut Gurgey and included senior associate Dilsah Gurses Erulutekin and associate Melis Yılmaz Diler. A&O Shearman team was led by London-based Partners Jamie Durham and Sachin Davé , who were supported by associates Mohammad Mehmood, Ezomime Faith Onimiya and Qi Xie.  

Gedik & Eraksoy provided comprehensive legal advice to Rabobank concerning the entire sale process of its shares in Rabobank A.Ş. to Rönesans Holding. The Gedik & Eraksoy team was primarily led by partner Caner Elmas and included senior associates Berkan Tomay and Alper Güner, as well as associate Irmak Su Aydınlı and trainee Özge Danacı. Junior Associate Melis Yılmaz Diler and trainee Ozan Geyik also offered significant support to the team during the transaction. The finalization of the transaction is currently awaiting the necessary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of all customary closing conditions.
