    Ardis Group and the Lel' brand of fresh cheeses have joined the "National Cashback" project as part of the "Made in Ukraine" initiative by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine 💙💛 ❗️Let us remind you that this summer, we joined the state initiative "Made in Ukraine" and added the corresponding labeling to the packaging of our Lel' brand cheeses. 📍On September 2, the trial period of the "National Cashback" project began, and the experimental version will run until the end of 2025. Adult citizens of Ukraine, Ukrainian manufacturers, and sellers of Ukrainian goods can participate in the project.     Ardis Group, led by the Ardis Volunteers team, continues to support Ukrainians step by step — from children to adults, from delivering cheese delicacies to fulfilling military requests. 📍 Let's remind you that Ardis Volunteers is a group of company employees who came together at the beginning of the full-scale invasion and have been engaged in volunteer activities on behalf of Ardis Group for over two years. Currently, the Ardis Volunteers team is focusing on several areas of assistance: 🔸 Providing maximum support to colleagues who are defending our country; 🔸 Regular donations for vehicle repairs and purchasing medicines for the military; 🔸 Monthly donations to the children's development center for special needs, according to their requests: covering the cost of animators for children's events, building a sensory room for the center's wards, purchasing treats, and more; 🔸 Consistent financial support for the medical unit responsible for evacuating the wounded; 🔸 Supplying cheese and dairy products to the front lines for our defenders. 📍In August, we summarized the work of the volunteer team over the past six months and are sharing the results with you: ✅fulfilled the requests of employees serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 186,000 UAH; ✅fulfilled the requests of a children's development center for 224,000 UAH; ✅fulfilled the requests of volunteer organizations for 530,000 UAH; By helping others, we help ourselves to stay strong and keep moving forward to victory!

    Creamy support from Ardis Group — a delicious help for little Ukrainians 💙💛 📍The organization Save Ukraine, in collaboration with its partners, rescues children and families affected by the war and supports their recovery through various social and psychological programs. We are happy to collaborate with Save Ukraine and bring sweet moments of childhood to the organization’s wards. In August, as every month, Ardis Group delivered dairy treats from TM Zott to the children: cocoa pudding with whipped cream and cream-filled pastries. The genuine smiles of the little ones inspire us to do even more for their future — the future of Ukraine!

    🧀Cheese expert and founder of the ProCheese Academy from Ardis Group, Oksana Chernova, shares her insights from attending the significant global food exhibition of the year - the Summer Fancy Food Show 2024. 📍The exhibition took place from June 23-25 in New York, bringing together food industry producers and importers to discuss current trends and innovative technologies impacting the food and beverage market. 🔎Oksana Chernova paid special attention to innovations in the cheese and dairy sector: new cheese flavors, current eco-trends in cheese and dairy product production and packaging, vegan dairy alternatives, and more. 🧀In the article, the cheese expert noted a particular trait inherent to local producers: "American cheese producers focus on creating unique flavor profiles for their products.     Ardis Group continues to educate and attract young specialists to our team🤝 📍Our colleagues spoke to young people and shared their knowledge and experience as part of the Marketing & PR School 2024 educational project by STUD-POINT, which took place online from July 15-19. 🔖STUD-POINT is a media platform for students that offers free video courses, the latest job vacancies, announcements of themed events, and daily tips for professional development. Marketing School is a week-long training course for young specialists building their careers in marketing. 🧑💻Nazar Maksymets, Marketing Director at Ardis Group, presented a lecture on marketing research: how to analyze the market, competitors, and identify your own advantages. He explained to the students how to start working as a marketer and immersed the audience in the fascinating details of various marketing studies. 👩🏻💻Olga Ivanyuta, Personnel Development Manager at Ardis Group, shared information about the company with the online training participants and used the example of the current vacancy for Junior Brand Manager at TM Lel’ to explain how students can become part of the Ardis Group team. Youth is the foundation for a fruitful future that needs to be nurtured and inspired with guidance, support, and practical knowledge. We are happy to continue doing just that🫶🏻

    ✨Ardis Group celebrates the fourth anniversary of the Day of Service in the company! 💛The main mission of the company is to develop cheese culture in Ukraine, introducing consumers to the endless variety of cheese flavors and combinations. Successfully achieving this goal requires a professional team, satisfied customers, and reliable partners. Therefore, it is crucial to establish productive and eco-friendly relationships with everyone. This necessity led to a request for changes in the company's external and internal business processes to create a new value of cooperation with Ardis Group — service excellence. 📍In 2016, the company held a strategic session and identified future corporate competencies. In 2019, the service team embarked on a path of service transformation. The Director of the ProCheese Department at Ardis Group, Natalia Kagadiy, recalls: "Although it was a challenging period when the pandemic forced us to work mostly from home, the service team gathered about 20 participants from different departments who were eager for change and ready to work actively." ❣️As a result, in April 2020, the service team formulated the service vision of Ardis Group: caring for the customer, making each of their days easier.     Ardis Group and its own brand of fresh cheeses Lel' have joined the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and added the "Made in Ukraine" logo to the packaging of their cheeses. The "Made in Ukraine" labeling initiative was created to attract and encourage Ukrainian consumers to buy Ukrainian products — from furniture to cheeses. This will help the Ukrainian economy to continue developing, as on average, up to 40% of the value of goods made in Ukraine will return to the state budget.     Ardis Group is developing Ukrainian cheese culture! And not just with words, but with actions. To this end, we are gathering a collection of Ukrainian craft cheeses to bring them closer to the hearts and baskets of Ukrainian consumers. Today, we are pleased to introduce you to "Stanislavska Syrovarnya" — a craft cheese dairy from Ivano-Frankivsk region, which has been operating since 2015 and has won the highest award at the World Cheese Awards. The founder of the dairy, Natalia Palchak, who was a music teacher in the past, has not stopped creating and is composing an incredible cheese rhapsody from Ukrainian craft cheeses that are appreciated not only in Ukraine but also on the international stage: 🏅Smoked cow's milk cheese "Cheese Bag" received the highest award, Super Gold, at the WCA in 2022. 🏅Semi-hard goat's milk cheese "Motrya" received the Gold award in 2023. Currently, the dairy's assortment consists of more than ten types of cheeses: aged and young, soft, semi-soft, or hard, made from cow's, goat's, and sheep's milk.
