The Ardis Group team participated in Bloggers Gastro Day — a gathering for current and aspiring bloggers eager to grow their culinary blogs! 📍The event took place on September 29 at the culinary studio Gastro Hub. Event participants had the opportunity to: 🔸attend a lecture on "How to Use TikTok and Instagram to Get Millions of Views"; 🔸take part in culinary masterclasses; 🔸meet Ukrainian producers and taste their products: cheeses, innovative desserts, aromatic coffee, wine, steak meats, and artisan bread; 🔸receive gifts😉 The fresh cheese brand Lel‘ by Ardis Group became one of the project’s sponsors, presenting the entire product lineup — from smoked mozzarella to cream cheese. This helped connect with potential influencers and grow the Lel‘ community of cheese lovers for future collaborations. Lel‘ cheeses were also used in culinary masterclasses and showcased as an ideal component in other products at partner booths. The ProCheese team introduced guests at Bloggers Gastro Day to their cheese projects and services, preparing unique cheese pairings and hosting a memorable tasting experience. Ardis Group conducted a one-day training and introduction to the merchandiser profession for older adults 🤝 📍In June 2024, the charity organization "Enjoing Life" launched the project "Week of the Adult Intern," where older adults, including community members, participated in internships at various Ukrainian companies. 🙋♀️We thought, "Oh! This is a great opportunity to find new team members for Ardis Group" and joined the project with our own one-day training session “School of the Adult Leader: Merchandising from Scratch” building on our successful experience with students. The event format allowed us to gather potential candidates in one room at the same time. 📍The Ardis Group team designed the training program to fully immerse participants in the process and: 🧀 Meet the Ardis Group team and learn about the company's values; 🧀 Gain basic theoretical knowledge about the merchandiser profession; 🧀 Discover the different types of cheeses and the nuances of working with them; 🧀 Taste unique cheese combinations and fall in love with cheese; 🧀 Put their new knowledge into practice through a workshop on creating an improvised cheese display. Although most participants had never worked in sales or with food products, they were united by a love of cheese. They asked many questions, showed keen interest in every step of working with cheese, were completely open to new knowledge, and at the end, worked creatively and effectively on the cheese display. This lively, interactive engagement from both sides — employer and potential candidates — immediately helps one side see they’ve come to the right place, while others might realize it’s not their role. At the same time, the company saves time by conducting an unconventional yet effective interview through training and practice. 🤝For the "School of the Adult Leader: Merchandising from Scratch" project, 28 people registered, and 19 attended the training. As a result, 9 of them will be interviewed for positions as merchandisers, promoters, and packers at Ardis Group. 🔥 The average age of the candidates is 54. We are delighted with this format and look forward to welcoming like-minded individuals to the Ardis Group team who will continue to help develop cheese culture in Ukraine 💙💛🧀

Folk Ukrainian wisdom says it’s better to see something once than to hear about it a hundred times. The Ardis Group team’s experience tells us that the best way is to see, taste, and savor the gastronomic delight of the creamiest Philadelphia cream cheese with all your senses. After all, no adjective or photo can truly convey the refined flavor and perfect creamy texture. 📍In August and September, our marketing team conducted a series of masterclasses, reimagining traditional flavors with the use of Philadelphia cream cheese to show how it can enhance and elevate culinary creations. 👩🏻🍳To this end, Ardis Group’s brand chef, Kateryna Kryzhanivska, developed her own recipes, taking into account the creamy texture and rich taste of Philadelphia cream cheese. 🙋🏻♂️🙋♀️Participants in these culinary events included our loyal and potential clients: pastry chefs, food technologists, chefs, procurement specialists from retail chains, and heads of confectionery departments. The masterclasses were held in two formats: group sessions and individual classes in the clients' kitchens. 🧀The group event took place in the professional kitchen of Gastro Hub, where Kateryna Kryzhanivska demonstrated the preparation process of three types of classic French dessert "Charlotte": raspberry, lemon, and chocolate. After the main presentation, the masterclass participants joined in the dessert-making process — from mixing the sponge cake batter to decorating the finished cakes. 🧀In one of the individual masterclasses, the brand chef collaborated with the client in their kitchen to refine the recipe for the trendy dessert "Mochi" with a cream filling based on Philadelphia cream cheese: mint-vanilla with strawberry compote and lavender with added poppy seeds. Ardis Group and the Lel' brand of fresh cheeses have joined the "National Cashback" project as part of the "Made in Ukraine" initiative by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine 💙💛 ❗️Let us remind you that this summer, we joined the state initiative "Made in Ukraine" and added the corresponding labeling to the packaging of our Lel' brand cheeses. 📍On September 2, the trial period of the "National Cashback" project began, and the experimental version will run until the end of 2025. Ardis Group, led by the Ardis Volunteers team, continues to support Ukrainians step by step — from children to adults, from delivering cheese delicacies to fulfilling military requests. 📍 Let's remind you that Ardis Volunteers is a group of company employees who came together at the beginning of the full-scale invasion and have been engaged in volunteer activities on behalf of Ardis Group for over two years. Currently, the Ardis Volunteers team is focusing on several areas of assistance: 🔸 Providing maximum support to colleagues who are defending our country; 🔸 Regular donations for vehicle repairs and purchasing medicines for the military; 🔸 Monthly donations to the children's development center for special needs, according to their requests: covering the cost of animators for children's events, building a sensory room for the center's wards, purchasing treats, and more; 🔸 Consistent financial support for the medical unit responsible for evacuating the wounded; 🔸 Supplying cheese and dairy products to the front lines for our defenders. 📍In August, we summarized the work of the volunteer team over the past six months and are sharing the results with you: ✅fulfilled the requests of employees serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 186,000 UAH; ✅fulfilled the requests of a children's development center for 224,000 UAH; ✅fulfilled the requests of volunteer organizations for 530,000 UAH; By helping others, we help ourselves to stay strong and keep moving forward to victory!

Creamy support from Ardis Group — a delicious help for little Ukrainians 💙💛 📍The organization Save Ukraine, in collaboration with its partners, rescues children and families affected by the war and supports their recovery through various social and psychological programs. We are happy to collaborate with Save Ukraine and bring sweet moments of childhood to the organization’s wards. In August, as every month, Ardis Group delivered dairy treats from TM Zott to the children: cocoa pudding with whipped cream and cream-filled pastries. The genuine smiles of the little ones inspire us to do even more for their future — the future of Ukraine!

Ardis Group continues to educate and attract young specialists to our team🤝 📍Our colleagues spoke to young people and shared their knowledge and experience as part of the Marketing & PR School 2024 educational project by STUD-POINT, which took place online from July 15-19. 🔖STUD-POINT is a media platform for students that offers free video courses, the latest job vacancies, announcements of themed events, and daily tips for professional development. Marketing School is a week-long training course for young specialists building their careers in marketing. 🧑💻Nazar Maksymets, Marketing Director at Ardis Group, presented a lecture on marketing research: how to analyze the market, competitors, and identify your own advantages. He explained to the students how to start working as a marketer and immersed the audience in the fascinating details of various marketing studies. 👩🏻💻Olga Ivanyuta, Personnel Development Manager at Ardis Group, shared information about the company with the online training participants and used the example of the current vacancy for Junior Brand Manager at TM Lel’ to explain how students can become part of the Ardis Group team. ✨Ardis Group celebrates the fourth anniversary of the Day of Service in the company! 💛The main mission of the company is to develop cheese culture in Ukraine, introducing consumers to the endless variety of cheese flavors and combinations. Successfully achieving this goal requires a professional team, satisfied customers, and reliable partners. Therefore, it is crucial to establish productive and eco-friendly relationships with everyone. This necessity led to a request for changes in the company's external and internal business processes to create a new value of cooperation with Ardis Group — service excellence. 📍In 2016, the company held a strategic session and identified future corporate competencies. In 2019, the service team embarked on a path of service transformation. The Director of the ProCheese Department at Ardis Group, Natalia Kagadiy, recalls: "Although it was a challenging period when the pandemic forced us to work mostly from home, the service team gathered about 20 participants from different departments who were eager for change and ready to work actively." ❣️As a result, in April 2020, the service team formulated the service vision of Ardis Group: caring for the customer, making each of their days easier.
