Designed by 1508 London, the renovation promises to blend the Hotel’s modern and sophisticated architecture with timeless details, reaffirming its position as a premier destination for luxury events, especially large-scale celebrations, and business gatherings. Spanning nearly 9,000 square feet, a striking new entrance will make a bold first impression, allowing for seated dinner events of up to 400 and cocktail-style receptions for 600 guests. Last week, members of the 1508 London team traveled to Dalat, Vietnam, to mark the groundbreaking of HAUS Da Lat, our debut project in Vietnam. Spanning five hectares in the heart of Dalat, the project includes luxury apartments, a commercial center, and a five-star hotel operated by international brands. The One Destination brought together a team of globally recognised experts to share their insights and expertise on how they will shape Haus Da Lat into a landmark project. This ambitious development features contributions from KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES, ISOMETRIX Lighting Design, and 1508 London, introducing a new standard for Vietnam's real estate market. We are thrilled to be partnering with Hilton and MHP Hotel AG to debut the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Hamburg. This project is about more than just refurbishing a hotel – it’s about taking a piece of the city's history and bringing it into the future. Our design will celebrate Hamburg’s unique character, offering guests a refined and immersive experience that embodies the essence of the city. We look forward to delivering a space that honours the past while embracing the future. "The property will find home in the historic Levantehaus building in the heart of Hamburg. 1508 London have been tasked with breathing new life into the rooms and suites, as well as an array of amenities that include nine conference rooms, a lounge bar, restaurant with private dining rooms and a whisky lounge.
