This week is National Fertility Awareness Week. There are 3.5 million people in the UK facing fertility issues, and the Fertility Network’s (FNUK) aim is to make sure everyone on a fertility journey, whatever stage they’re at, has the support and information they need. 1Spatial is working with FNUK on how we support our employees going through fertility challenges. We are: ✅ Providing training for all staff and a more in-depth session for line managers ✅ Launching new Fertility Journey and Pregnancy Loss policies ✅ Appointed two Fertility Ambassadors who will support and signpost staff through their fertility journeys We encourage everyone to end the stigma and start talking about fertility, so nobody struggles alone. #FertilityinMind

Ben discussed how John Holland addresses the inherent dangers of construction sites, where humans, machinery, and existing assets like gas and electrical utilities are in close proximity. His presentation showcased how John Holland reduces risks to employees, subcontractors, and the public through innovative technology.
