20/20 Levels

Hi guys, first post on here, and what better way to start than with how we all start in the working world, with our CV. I've been a part of the 20/20 Levels programme for the past two months now, and I can wholeheartedly say I've learnt so much. Last Wednesday was one of, if not my favourite sessions, covering CVs and interviews and it really felt like the kick-start I needed to be able to improve my own personal CV and continue the application process (as long and enduring as it is 🥲). I'm grateful for this opportunity and we hope and pray this opens new doors.

Being able to give back is crucial for nurturing talent and offering guidance and support to under-represented young people of the future. This week, I had the chance to participate in the 20/20 Levels Mixer Matcher event, which is sponsored by Virgin Media O2 , one of the main corporate sponsors. The evening was absolutely fantastic, and I'm still filled with excitement about the opportunity to be matched with one of these amazing individuals . It all starts with a change in mindset… I am currently enrolled on the 20/20 Levels “I AM CHANGE (IAC)” personal development program, on course for graduation next month and I would like to share just how much of a blessing the experience has been! After finishing college and being uable to continue with my degree at university, to put it plainly… I was lost. I’ve became uncertain of my future and insecure about my ability to succeed. IAC has truly restablished a passion for learning and the drive for success I once had. I noe realise that MY future is in My control. The program has opened my eyes to just how much opportunity is out there and stirred up a hunger inside of me to change my story. We’ve had sessions on understanding mind, the train of action, success motivation and etc. These have all made me more confident and knowledgeable in my ability, attributes and skill set. I’ve met amazing speakers and great people within our cohort and I look to continue networking and sharing experiences/knowledge!
