20+ year Education Leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on learning and developing others
Spending these last 4 days at the BLACK MINDS MATTER summit has been nothing short of amazing! I am so incredibly inspired and deeply humbled to be among so many trail blazing black men and women who found, lead, and own amazing schools centered around the genius of our black kids. I also learned so much about microschools and how they create avenues for black folks to build and curate spaces uniquely designed and operated for our young people. They are the embodiment of the Rosenwald schools of the early 20th century. Thank you, Denisha Allen, for your vision and steadfast commitment! I am forever changed by and grateful my experience as an Inaugural McLeod Society Fellow!
