Yesterday was #WorldMentalHealthDay, one of the most important days in the calendar. This year’s focus is around mental health support and understanding in the workplace. In a society that is focussed on “always being on”, it can be easy to neglect our mental health both personally and at work. That's why, over the past year, we have taken significant steps to foster a healthier, more balanced work environment, alongside the strong foundations we already have in place. Yesterday, we held a Tea & Talk in our office to ignite conversation around mental health and what it means to us.
