LRM Planning is pleased to have helped Abbey Manor Group Ltd secure a resolution to grant outline planning permission for the north-east urban extension to Yeovil at Somerset Council Area South Committee this afternoon. This mixed use development, the application for which was submitted back in 2014 (yes that is 2014!!) comprises 765 dwellings, care home, employment land, neighbourhood centre, community building/uses, open space and extension to the existing primary school, helping to meet the future needs of Yeovil as identified in the adopted South Somerset local plan 2015.
