These fantastic drone images show the progress at Bucklands Place in Nailsea and how the site is taking shape. Final works and commissioning are underway on plots 3-5 and will be complete over the next few months. Plots 18-20 are at roof level with installation of trusses complete. Roof coverings have commenced and internal fit out will follow. In The Close, an exclusive enclave of five 4 bedroom detached houses, roof tiles have been installed to plots 13 & 14 – window installation to commence imminently, once water tight, scaffolds will be struck. At our fantastic coastal development at Lee Bay in Devon, works are well underway. Following clearing the site, groundworks are in progress, with a piling contractor on-site, installing foundations for the new homes. Simultaneously, work has started on the main carpark, where levels are being re-profiled and drainage systems installed. The next phase will focus on the construction of the houses and surrounding external areas. We’re happy to share that work is progressing well on the Marketing Suite at Gatcombe Orchard in Wrington, with decoration and final finishes now well underway inside. Progress continues across the site. Roof and solar panel installations have been completed on plots 4 and 5, with plot 4 set to become the first Show Home. In the first enclave, the remaining houses are steadily rising to roof level. In enclave two, substructure, drainage, and ground floors are now finished, and superstructure blockwork is underway on plots 18 and 19.
