Last Thursday, we hosted the Calcutta Cup Old Friends & Rivals event with Finlay Calder OBE and Dean Richards MBE. It was a fantastic evening that raised over £3,300 for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation MND Charity. We were delighted to welcome a group of international buyers from the USA today as part of VisitBritain's #ShowcasingBritain event, with Destination North East England! During their visit they enjoyed a delicious meal in our Bistro, toured our Distillery, Anglo-Saxon Museum and Great Hall and sampled our spirits. It was a pleasure to share the ancient culture and hospitality of Northumbria, while showcasing how we are reawakening the Northumbrian whisky distilling tradition that has slept for over 200 years. #VisitBritain #AdGefrin #DestinationNorthEastEngland #CulturalHeritage #NorthumbrianWhisky
