Our FAST test measures your ability to manage a dynamic environment. The assessment is generally used as a precursor to an assessment centre or acceptance onto a training programme. The test requires you to deal with multiple information sources simultaneously replicating the demanding work environment experienced by pilots. The practice version gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with how the assessment works and to have a number of practice attempts to improve your performance level helping you to perform to the best of your ability in your actual assessments. You will receive fifteen attempts at the FAST Practice Test, this is the same test but will allow you to really practice and perform to the best of your ability on the day of the assessment. To find out more, follow the link to our website or send us a message 😃 https://lnkd.in/erJgmXPc See what others are saying about FAST below 👇 #pilottesting #pilots #aviationindustry #FAST #psychology #Testimonial

Yesterday was the International day of the Air Traffic Controller – also known as ATCO day. Air traffic controllers work hard to keep pilots, their passengers and crew safe. These aviation professionals direct air traffic on the ground at airport runways and taxiways, as well as directing the movement of planes through airspace sometimes during inclement weather and in a variety of emergency situations. Today we want to celebrate those who work 24/7, 365 days a year to help make air travel the safest possible mode of transport. We appreciate your focus and dedication in this high-pressure environment. If you’d like to learn more about what an air traffic controller does, watch this insightful video from NATS: https://lnkd.in/ejjmf7jB #airtrafficcontrol #ATCOday #ATCO #aviation

Fully qualified pilots who are looking for new jobs, are also likely to encounter Pilot Aptitude Tests as part of the recruitment process. So why should you practice these tests? In terms of preparation, taking practice assessments before you take your real tests can be a really good way to prepare and familiarise yourself with the types of questions and scenarios you are likely to encounter. How do practice tests help? • Boost Confidence: Familiarise yourself with test formats and present the best version of yourself • Targeted Preparation: Focus your study efforts • Reduce Anxiety: Approach your assessments with calm • Recruitment Preparation: Refresh ahead of changing role or employer Practice as much as possible, to be prepared as possible.
