We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Controller, to work as part of the Adlington Management Services team (AMS) at our Head Office in Congleton, Cheshire. AMS is the innovative, specialist manager of our retirement communities across the country. Purpose of role: ✨ You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable & Receivable functions within the Head Office team. ✨ It is a busy and growing function which will hold exciting opportunities for the selected candidate, as we continue to expand. ✨ You need to be well organised, highly motivated with good IT skills, and be qualified to AAT Accounting level 3 or have three years equivalent experience. This week, we had the pleasure of hosting a VIP visit to The Newells, our thriving retirement community on Manor Drive in Kempston.   We welcomed Mohammad Yasin, Member of Parliament for Bedford and Kempston, along with Sarina Kiayani, Policy and External Affairs Manager at ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators), to meet our homeowners and discuss the incredible difference that Integrated Retirement Communities (IRCs) like The Newells make for older adults in the UK. During their visit, the group toured our community, explored the beautifully designed show apartments, and discovered how IRCs provide a perfect balance of independence and support.   Sarina Kiayani highlighted: “Key features of an Integrated Retirement Community, such as The Newells, include homeowners having their own front door, with 24/7 on-site support and extensive shared facilities like lounges, restaurants, hair salons, and activity studios.
