📣 Last week, SAI Platform had the opportunity of joining Sustainable Foods in London, where our Regenerative Agriculture Director, Dominik Klauser led a compelling panel discussion on the transition to regenerative agriculture. The key message? Collaboration across the value chain is essential from retailers to traders, farmers to consumers.    🍃 Retailers are ready to play their part, investing in consumer education and committing to sustainability, however, they need clear, traceable data on the benefits of regenerative farming.    🍃 Traders are equally engaged, working closely with suppliers to secure markets for sustainable products.
