Last month, to mark International Privacy Day, Emma Huntington joined an insightful panel on the evolving relationship between data privacy and customer trust, 7 years after GDPR implementation. It was an interesting discussion, covering the following topics: 🔒 How to uphold GDPR whilst avoiding unnecessary business barriers 💡 Striking the right balance between personalised experiences and minimal data usage 🤖 The impact of GenAI on customer privacy attitudes and maintaining trust Emma shared her perspective on how businesses can navigate the intersection of data and trust, empowering customers to preserve their privacy, but still offering valuable, customised experiences. Last year, we earned our Lean Competency System Accreditation. Our ambition was to empower our colleagues to make sustainable change happen, which is why we launched our Pioneer Lean Academy 🙌 Our first cohort recently completed the first round of their in-person training. It was a great opportunity to connect as a community, share real-life experiences, and get hands-on with Lean tools ahead of their project work later in the course. The highlight was a simulation game, carried out across both days, before and after the application of Lean methods; the addition of the lean tools on the second day meant a jump from 5 jobs completed to 20, proving just how valuable they can be ✅ Congratulations to all involved, and thank you to Kévin T. and Matthew E. for all your hard work in driving this initiative forward 👏
